The Studio Dance Academy Summer School
I have been out with the camera and I am getting used to this zoom lens – I found it was useful when photographing the Studio Dance Academy Summer School, I was asked to photograph them playing in the park etc and I think I got a few good ones (see below) I like the candid moments in photographs and these didn’t make me feel uncomfortable because they knew I was there to photograph them, the new assignment however will be a little more ‘unseen photographer’ – I just hope that I can get over the whole invasion of privacy thing to get a good series!

July-August:Time off...
Ok, so I have neglected my photography whilst it is end of term but I will be getting back into it this week with the trip to London to see the 'Expose' exhibition at the Tate Modern and the Sally Mann exhibition at the Photographers Gallery, followed by the 'Jacksonbury' mini music festival in my local area - I hope to capture some images whilst out and about especially with my new camera, I opted for the Canon 450d twin lens kit to get me through my second year - I'm very excited to play with it!
In relation to previous 'jobs' I have had a little feedback:

"Hi Amy, We sent the pictures over to the Dance 4 life organisers, and thought you would like to hear their feedback. They said that the pictures we great, they were fantastic quality and that the kids really stood out from the picture. Over all, brilliant pictures!

You also seem to have got some really good pics, I have some pics from our photographer but yours are better (shouldnt say that really!) Would you be able to send me your photo's at all? I am just in the process of getting together photo's to send to the designers so they have a record of the show and it would be great to add on whatever you had taken.
